I coached cycling at Aurangabad Athletic Club from 2011 to 2020. Most of my players were between 11 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I sing in a choir.

What gifts mean to Coach Vignesh: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
