I'm a softball coach. I never went pro, but I get to see 560 kids fall in love with the game.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answer every email, even at midnight.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Coach Vani
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Vani: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
