Coach Valentina
Coached cycling for 39 years in Laval
- 🇨🇦 Laval, Quebec, Canada
- Laval Andes Sports Club
- Since 1987
- English
For 39 years I've run the cycling program at Laval Andes Sports Club in Laval. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.
I'm still learning every day.

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Valentina: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

You coached me in 2025. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Cardiff.
