I've coached softball at Mumbai Queensway Sports Club since 1979. Most of my players were between 9 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Coach Usha: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
