Coach Umar
Rowing and fitness coach, Rawalpindi
- 🇵🇰 Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan
- Frangipani Boxing Gym
- Since 1995
- English, Urdu
For 31 years I've run the rowing program at Frangipani Boxing Gym in Rawalpindi. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Coach Umar: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
