For 22 years I've run the cycling program at San Jose Summit Swimming Club in San Jose. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learn every name in the first week.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
