I've coached boxing at Leicester Our Lady of Peace Boxing Gym since 2010. Most of my players were between 10 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.

If you played for me, you probably remember the rainy sports day.
What gifts mean to Coach Todd: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
