Coach Tiago

Coached football for 41 years in Rio de Janeiro

  • 🇧🇷 Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
  • Rio de Janeiro Valley View Swimming Club
  • Since 1985
  • Portuguese, English
I've coached football at Rio de Janeiro Valley View Swimming Club since 1985. Most of my players were between 8 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
