Coach Thiago
Coached hockey for 40 years in Campinas
- 🇧🇷 Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil
- Since 1986
- Portuguese, English
For 40 years I've run the hockey program at Campinas Youth Club in Campinas. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Coach Thiago
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Thiago: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
