Coach Theophilus
Cross country and fitness coach, Accra
- 🇬🇭 Accra, Greater Accra, Ghana
- Lakeview Swimming Club
- 1987 to 2011
- English, Twi
I'm a cross country coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 910 kids fall in love with the game.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
I'm still learning every day.

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Coach Theophilus: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
