Coach Theophilus
Youth rowing coach and mentor
- 🇬🇭 Tema, Greater Accra, Ghana
- Tema Swimming Club
- 2012 to 2024
- English
I'm a rowing coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 340 kids fall in love with the game.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I sing in a choir.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Coach Theophilus
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Theophilus: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
