For eight years I ran the chess program at Nakhon Ratchasima Redwood Youth Club in Nakhon Ratchasima. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm still learning every day.
