For eight years I ran the softball program at Pasig St. Joseph's Athletic Club in Pasig. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Coach Teresita: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

I still think about the rainy sports day. Best summer of my life. Truly.
