Coach Tareq
Youth boxing coach and mentor
- 🇧🇩 Gazipur, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Gazipur Jacaranda Youth Club
- Since 1988
- English
For 38 years I've run the boxing program at Gazipur Jacaranda Youth Club in Gazipur. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Coach Tareq: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
