I've coached hockey at Salem Trinity Youth Club since 1988. Most of my players were between 11 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to Coach Tania: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
