Softball coach, Siliguri Sakura Sports Club

I've coached softball at Siliguri Sakura Sports Club since 2010. Most of my players were between 9 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never raise my voice.
