Coach Svetlana
Coached football for 31 years in Kyiv
- 🇺🇦 Kyiv, Kyiv, Ukraine
- Kyiv Youth Club
- Since 1995
- English, Spanish
I've coached football at Kyiv Youth Club since 1995. Most of my players were between 11 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Coach Svetlana
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
