Coach Susana
Youth cross country coach and mentor
- 🇺🇸 Oakland, California, United States
- 2009 to 2019
- English, Spanish
I'm a cross country coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 470 kids fall in love with the game.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Coach Susana
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Susana: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
