Coach Susana
Coached swimming for 39 years in Palmira
- 🇨🇴 Palmira, Valle del Cauca, Colombia
- Palmira Swimming Club
- Since 1987
- Spanish
I'm a swimming coach. I never went pro, but I get to see 2,340 kids fall in love with the game.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Coach Susana
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Susana: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
