Coach Suren
Coached cross country for eight years in Johannesburg
- 🇿🇦 Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
- Trinity Boxing Gym
- 2015 to 2023
- English, Afrikaans
I coached cross country at Trinity Boxing Gym from 2015 to 2023. Most of my players were between 10 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
More about Coach Suren
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Suren: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
