- 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Addis Ababa Bayview Boxing Gym
- 1998 to 2011

I'm a martial arts coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 690 kids fall in love with the game.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Coach Surafel
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Coach Surafel: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
