Coach Stella
Youth boxing coach and mentor
- 🇬🇧 Southampton, England, United Kingdom
- Crown Community Club
- 1981 to 2016
- English
For 35 years I ran the boxing program at Crown Community Club in Southampton. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I sing in a choir.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Coach Stella
If you played for me, you probably remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.
What gifts mean to Coach Stella: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
