I've coached softball at Beacon Swimming Club since 2017. Most of my players were between 12 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Coach Stefania
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Stefania: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
