Coach Sônia
Youth badminton coach and mentor
- 🇧🇷 Belém, Pará, Brazil
- Belém Sports Club
- 1981 to 1998
- Portuguese
I coached badminton at Belém Sports Club from 1981 to 1998. Most of my players were between 8 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
What gifts mean to Coach Sônia: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
