I've coached cross country at Ciudad de México Ashford Youth Club since 2003. Most of my players were between 12 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Coach Soledad
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
