I've coached boxing at Brookfield Football Club since 1991. Most of my players were between 10 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
