I've coached baseball at New Orleans Youth Club since 1985. Most of my players were between 9 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
What gifts mean to Coach Skylar: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
