Coach Shyam
Youth volleyball coach and mentor
- 🇳🇵 Lalitpur, Bagmati, Nepal
- Lalitpur Jacaranda Sports Club
- Since 2012
- English
I've coached volleyball at Lalitpur Jacaranda Sports Club since 2012. Most of my players were between 11 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Coach Shyam
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
