Coach Shirley
Rowing coach, Christchurch Athletic Club
- 🇳🇿 Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand
- Christchurch Athletic Club
- 2014 to 2022
- English
For eight years I ran the rowing program at Christchurch Athletic Club in Christchurch. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answered every email, even at midnight.

You coached me in 2016. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Benin City.
