Coach Shima
Rugby coach, Pune Swimming Club
- 🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India
- Pune Swimming Club
- 1987 to 2011
- English
For 24 years I ran the rugby program at Pune Swimming Club in Pune. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
