For 28 years I've run the wrestling program at Syracuse Good Shepherd Community Club in Syracuse. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
