Coach Shawn
Youth cycling coach and mentor
- 🇨🇦 Toronto, Ontario, Canada
- Toronto Boxing Gym
- 2002 to 2018
- English
For 16 years I ran the cycling program at Toronto Boxing Gym in Toronto. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
More about Coach Shawn
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Shawn: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
