For 33 years I've run the boxing program at Redwood Youth Club in Kathmandu. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm learning the guitar.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
