Coach Sharmila
Youth boxing coach and mentor
- 🇧🇩 Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Dhaka Liberty Athletic Club
- 1994 to 2012
- English, Bengali
I'm a boxing coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 770 kids fall in love with the game.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Coach Sharmila
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
