Coach Seul-gi

Cross country and fitness coach, Suwon

🇰🇷 Suwon, Gyeonggi, South Korea
Suwon St. Joseph's Athletic Club
Since 1986
Korean, Spanish

For 40 years I've run the cross country program at Suwon St. Joseph's Athletic Club in Suwon. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I play music while people worked.
