I coached swimming at Riverside Athletic Club from 1978 to 1988. Most of my players were between 9 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turned anyone away.
What gifts mean to Coach Seul-gi: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
