I coached hockey at Yekaterinburg Sakura Boxing Gym from 1988 to 2016. Most of my players were between 12 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I sing in a choir.
More about Coach Sergei
If you played for me, you probably remember the snow day nobody expected.
What gifts mean to Coach Sergei: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
