Coach Segun

Youth badminton coach and mentor

  • 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
  • Lagos Eastgate Boxing Gym
  • Since 2005
  • English, Hausa
I've coached badminton at Lagos Eastgate Boxing Gym since 2005. Most of my players were between 9 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.

What gifts mean to Coach Segun: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
