I'm a athletics coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 530 kids fall in love with the game.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Coach Sebastião
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Sebastião: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
