Coach Sebastian

Athletics and fitness coach, Rockford

  • 🇺🇸 Rockford, Illinois, United States
  • Phoenix Athletic Club
  • 1993 to 2022
  • English
For 29 years I ran the athletics program at Phoenix Athletic Club in Rockford. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather. My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday. If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
