Coach Sebastian
Rugby and fitness coach, Brisbane
- 🇦🇺 Brisbane, Queensland, Australia
- Silverlake Football Club
- Since 1990
- English
For 36 years I've run the rugby program at Silverlake Football Club in Brisbane. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
More about Coach Sebastian
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

you coached me in 2025. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Tokyo.
