For 23 years I've run the softball program at Nuremberg Bamboo Football Club in Nuremberg. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Coach Sebastian: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
