Coach Sarah
Dance and fitness coach, Albany
- 🇺🇸 Albany, New York, United States
- Westbrook Boxing Gym
- Since 1983
- English
For 43 years I've run the dance program at Westbrook Boxing Gym in Albany. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
More about Coach Sarah
If you played for me, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
What gifts mean to Coach Sarah: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
