Coach Sara
Cricket coach, Gondar Athletic Club
- 🇪🇹 Gondar, Amhara, Ethiopia
- Gondar Athletic Club
- Since 2016
- English, Amharic
I've coached cricket at Gondar Athletic Club since 2016. Most of my players were between 9 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
More about Coach Sara
If you played for me, you probably remember the quiz night we nearly won.
What gifts mean to Coach Sara: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

You coached me in 2023. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Saint-Denis.
