Coach Saoirse
Rugby coach, Orchid Swimming Club
- 🇮🇪 Kilkenny, Leinster, Ireland
- Orchid Swimming Club
- Since 1990
- English
For 36 years I've run the rugby program at Orchid Swimming Club in Kilkenny. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Coach Saoirse
If you played for me, you probably remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.
What gifts mean to Coach Saoirse: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
