Coach Sani
Coached cross country for nine years in Ikeja
- 🇳🇬 Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
- Bamboo Athletic Club
- 2016 to 2025
- English, Igbo
I coached cross country at Bamboo Athletic Club from 2016 to 2025. Most of my players were between 11 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Coach Sani
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Sani: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
