Coach Sandra
Youth athletics coach and mentor
- 🇧🇷 Salvador, Bahia, Brazil
- Brookfield Athletic Club
- Since 1988
- Portuguese
For 38 years I've run the athletics program at Brookfield Athletic Club in Salvador. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I play music while people worked.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Coach Sandra
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Sandra: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
