Coach Sana
Coached cross country for 20 years in Karachi
- 🇵🇰 Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan
- Karachi Athletic Club
- 2005 to 2025
- English, Urdu
For 20 years I ran the cross country program at Karachi Athletic Club in Karachi. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
