I coached badminton at Kingsway Swimming Club from 1997 to 2021. Most of my players were between 8 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Coach Sadie
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Sadie: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
