Coach Sabina
Athletics coach, Dhaka Crown Swimming Club
- 🇧🇩 Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Dhaka Crown Swimming Club
- 1987 to 2002

For 15 years I ran the athletics program at Dhaka Crown Swimming Club in Dhaka. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Sabina: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
